Our patient support team is dedicated to addressing patient queries, help them make appointments rapidly and easily, and to facilitate the administrative tasks of fertility treatments. 

Our Patient Pathway Assistant Nicola Thistle has been ‘the voice of the unit’ as the patients’ first point of contact to offer support and guidance. Joint with our Patient Co-ordinator Melissa.
